Limited job postings
Limited job postings are job postings that are available only to a specific set of candidates.
Key info
- Limited job postings do not appear on any career sites and are not sent in the nightly feed to job boards.
- Candidates are made aware of a limited job posting by receiving a link to the posting. When a candidate clicks the link, the posting opens on a Candidate Experience career site.
- Limited job postings are only available on Candidate Experience external career sites. (Not currently available on Candidate Experience internal career sites.)
Good to know
- Creating a limited job posting in Rival Recruit is the same as creating any other job posting—except you select Limited for Job Posting status.
- Changing the job posting status of a limited job posting requires that you add a rule to change the status.
