Homepage Analytics dashboard

This dashboard is for recruiting managers and recruiters. It's the landing page for those roles when they log in.

The dashboard is a collection of tiles, charts, and graphics that provide metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) about your organization's recruitment process. The dashboard provides answers to some crucial recruitment questions you may encounter.

By default, a recruiting manager’s dashboard shows information specific to their jobs and candidates. Recruiting managers can use the View as Recruiter filter to view by a specific recruiter or recruiting manager or use the All option to view information for all recruiters/recruiting managers.

Filters

These filters are available:

View as Recruiter: Data can be filtered by recruiter, recruiter manager, or wide open for all recruiters/recruiter managers.
Workflow: Data can be filtered by your organization's configured workflows.
Job Creation Date: Data can be filtered by job creation date. Options are to include data from 12 months ago to today's date, 6 months ago to today's date, 3 months ago to today's date, and 1 month ago to today's date. (12 months ago is the default).

Tip: When Homepage Analytics dashboard loads the first time, the chart data is filtered by no workflow and jobs created since 12 months ago.

Charts, graphs, and tiles

Here's a summary of each chart, graph, and tile:

Hires	Shows the candidates who are hired
Hires per Month	Shows the number of hires for jobs per month
Open Jobs	Shows open jobs
Offers Extended	Shows offers extended to candidates
Pipeline Efficiency of Hiring	Shows the average number of days that candidates reside in each of the hiring stages, before being moved to the next stage.
Recruitment Funnel	Shows the total number of candidates that currently reside in each hiring stage for any of the currently open job postings.
Resume Review	Shows information about resume reviews. Click a pie slice to go to the Review Status page. Here are the pie slice colors: Pink: Canceled reviews Purple: Declined reviews Green: Requested reviews Orange: Rescheduled reviews Blue: Completed reviews
Shared Hiring Stages	Shows the hiring stages and the number of candidates in each hiring stage.
Top 5 Applicant Sources	Top five sources (for your company) for candidates associated to active jobs. Click a listed source to view a candidate list for the selected source and access resume. Use the Advanced Search link to use additional search features.

Most of the tiles, charts, and graphs are interactive. Some open with prepopulated filters.
