Reporting & Analytics

Perform Advanced Analytics provides system administrators with real-time, no-code reporting to monitor performance activity across goals, expectations, check-ins, and reviews.

Analytics in Perform is designed to help admins track progress, identify engagement trends, and surface organization-level insights—without manually exporting or stitching together data.

What’s included

Perform Analytics includes two primary experiences:

• Analytics Library (previously Overview Dashboard) – A pre-built dashboard that provides an organization-wide snapshot of performance and engagement metrics with no setup required.
• Custom Analytics (Explore) – A flexible reporting experience where admins can build custom dashboards and reports using available performance data.

Both experiences use the same underlying data and respect existing role-based permissions.

Access

Perform Advanced Analytics is available to System Administrators.

For data privacy and security reasons, managers, employees, and non-system administrators do not have access to analytics dashboards.

To open analytics:

1. From the main navigation, select Reporting & Analytics.
2. Choose Analytics Library or Custom Analytics.
