Translate a feedback form template

  1. From the navigation bar, click Administration.From the Settings page under Appearance and Customization, click Form Templates. The Form Templates page opens.
  2. Click the Feedback tab.
  3. Filter by template language.
  4. Beside the feedback template, click vertical three-dot menu icon and then click Translate. The Translations Selection page opens.
  5. Beside a language, click plus icon.
  6. On the translation page, translate each item and enter that translated content.
  7. Click Save.
