Enable an Engage feedback form template

• Enabling a Engage form template makes it visible to users for selection.
• You can have as many Engage feedback forms enabled as you want.

1. From the navigation bar, click Administration.From the Settings page under Appearance and Customization, click Form Templates. The Form Templates page opens.
2. Click the Engage tab.
3. Filter by template language.
4. In the list beside a form template, click and then click Enable Form Template.
