Edit a review form template

Note: If a form template is part of an active review, you can only change labels and text instructions. You cannot add or delete elements or rearrange them.

1. From the navigation bar, click Administration.From the Settings page under Appearance and Customization, click Form Templates. The Form Templates page opens.
2. Filter by template language.
3. In the list beside a form template, click and then click Edit Form Template. The eForm Builder opens.
4. Make appropriate changes.
5. Click Save.
