Configure x and y axis on a 9-Box

1. From the navigation bar, click Administration.
2. From the Settings page under Succession Planning Settings & Customization, click Settings.
3. Click the 9-Box tab.
4. Click .
5. For the y axis, click a talent attribute (talent metric).
6. For the x axis, click one or more review processes.

   Note: You can include an unlimited number of review process.

7. Click Save.
8. Click Publish.
