Delete an expectations form template

• For an out-of-the-box form, you can only delete a draft form.
• For a user-defined form, you can only delete a form when it is disabled.
• A deleted form cannot be recovered. Only delete when you are sure you no longer need it. (Better option: Disable the form.)

1. From the navigation bar, click Administration.From the Settings page under Appearance and Customization, click Form Templates. The Form Templates page opens.
2. Click the Expectations tab.
3. Filter by template language.
4. Beside an expectations form template, click and then click Delete.
5. On the confirmation page, click Delete.
