Auto launch reviews

Reviews process can be launched automatically. You use the Review Process Setup wizard to set up an auto launch review. Here are some typical auto launch scenarios.

Scenario:	Details:
Delayed launch	The review launches on a pre-determined date. Useful if you are a proactive HR administrator and want to set up a review now and have it auto launch later. Best practice: Use a fixed date and schedule it to launch once.
Employee anniversary date launch	The review launches based on employee anniversary date. Best practice: Use relative dates and schedule to launch it daily, monthly, or yearly. Use hire date filters to select the employees to include and be sure to select the Hire Date Anniversary option.
Employee hire date launch	This review launches based on employee hire date. Useful if you want to launch reviews based on 30-day or 90-day review process for new hires. Best practice: Use relative dates and schedule to launch it monthly. Use hire date filters to select the employees to include and be sure to select the Hire Date option. Specify the hire date and select x numbers of days before/after hire date.
