Succession Planning administrators and editors can create 9-Boxes.
A 9-Box can be created for each talent pool.
From the navigation bar, click Administration.
From the Settings page under Succession Planning Dashboard & Tools, click Talent Pools.
In the grid beside a talent pool, click and then click 9-Box.
Hover your mouse over employees on the talent bench to view their talent card. You can quickly identify their talent metric ratings and other information like the number of succession plans, 9-boxes, and talent pools they are in.
Drag and drop employees from the talent bench to an appropriate box.
and then click 9-Box.
