Archive a review form template

  • Archiving hides a review form so it is not visible in the active review forms list.
  • You can restore an archived review form.
  1. From the navigation bar, click Administration.From the Settings page under Appearance and Customization, click Form Templates. The Form Templates page opens.
  2. Filter by template language.
  3. In the list beside a review form template, click vertical three-dot menu icon and then click Archive.
