Complete your talent profile

• The talent profile collects information about your career aspirations, goals, development needs, and more.

1. From the header, hover your mouse over your avatar.
2. Click Profile.
3. If you are willing to relocate, move the Willing to Relocate toggle to Yes. Select location(s).

   Note: Available relocation locations pull from your organization's Locations file.

4. Complete the talent profile form.
5. Click Save.

   Tip: Saving allows you to continue working on the form or leave the page and return to make edits.

6. When you are completely done, click Submit.

   Tip: Submitting locks the form and you can no longer make changes unless your Succession Planning administrator restarts the form.
