Delete a review form template

Note: You cannot delete a form template if it is part of an active review process.

1. From the navigation bar, click Administration.From the Settings page under Appearance and Customization, click Form Templates. The Form Templates page opens.
2. Filter by template language.
3. In the list beside a form template, click and then click Delete Form Template.
4. On the confirmation pop-up, click Delete.
