Restore an archived feedback form template

  • Restoring a feedback form makes it visible in the active feedback forms list again.
  1. From the navigation bar, click Administration.From the Settings page under Appearance and Customization, click Form Templates. The Form Templates page opens.
  2. Click the Feedback tab.
  3. Filter by template language.
  4. Filter to show archived forms.
  5. In the list beside an archived form template, click vertical three-dot menu icon and then click Restore.
