Preview an Engage feedback form template

  1. From the navigation bar, click Administration.From the Settings page under Appearance and Customization, click Form Templates. The Form Templates page opens.
  2. Click the Engage tab.
  3. Filter by template language.
  4. In the list beside a form template, click vertical three-dot menu icon and then click Preview Form Template.
