Customize talent profile rating scale labels

1. From the navigation bar, click Administration.
2. From the Settings page under Succession Planning Settings & Customization, click Settings.
3. In the Manager-Only field section for the enabled field you want to change, click .
4. In the Name field for a rating scale value, enter a new name.
5. Click Save.
