Goal Period Details page

Use this page to create a goal period or edit an existing one. When creating a new one, you must name it and set time period. Enable the goal period so that users can create goals for it.

If you want, you can link a goal period to corporate objectives. Corporate objectives are big picture items your company wants to achieve.

If you link goal to a corporate objective, you must also choose whether employees are required to link goals to corporate objectives (Required for submission option).

You can choose that a goal must be approved by a manager or not.

Select from the list or create corporate goals on-the-fly by clicking Create List and using the Corporate Objectives Builder:

Provide a name for the list and then add objectives.

• Adds a corporate objective. (Also allows you to add subsets to create a hierarchical structure.)
• Deletes an objective.
• Opens edit mode so you can change an objective.
