Export a 9-Box to Microsoft PowerPoint

• Exporting creates a Microsoft PowerPoint presentation.
• It only includes employees who are plotted—not employees on the talent bench.
• Export includes a title page, 9-Box grid containing plotted employees, and individual 9-boxes with plotted employees' talent cards.

1. From the navigation bar, click Administration.
2. From the Settings page under Succession Planning Dashboard & Tools, click Talent Pools.
3. In the grid beside a talent pool, click and then click 9-Box.
4. Click and select Export to PPT.
5. On the pop-up, select to open file in Microsoft PowerPoint or save it to your computer.
