Talent profile

A talent profile is a quick snapshot of employee information. It shows an employee's name, email, manager, location, job, organization, hire date, and employee ID. If enabled, it also shows willing to relocate toggle, relocation locations, and plan form template. Every employee has a talent profile and can view their own.

Managers (employees with downline team members) can also view their team members' talent profile. It shows:

• Everything an employee can view
• Manager-entered metrics (if enabled)
• Manager-only talent profile template (if enabled)
