Talent card

A talent card contains key information (including talent metrics and indicators) about each employee included in a talent pool. It is used to quickly reference that information when working with a 9-box or succession plan. It appears when you hover your mouse click a user's avatar in a 9-Box or succession plan and shows:

• The 9-Box plotted box color around the avatar (if enabled)
• Number of succession plans, 9-Boxes, and talent pools an employee is associated with
• Manager-selected talent metrics (attributes)
• Any assigned indicator icons
