Print a review form

1. While creating a review, click . The Form Preview page displays the form.
2. Click and then click Print Review.
3. On the confirmation pop-up, click OK. The review is downloaded to your computer as a pdf.
4. Click to close the preview.

   Tip: To preview after creating and saving, in the form template list, click and then click Print Review.
