View feedback details (including content, comments)

• Feedback details include actual feedback contents (text) and comments.

1. From the navigation bar, click Administration.From the Settings page under App Setup and Dashboards, click Feedback. The Feedback dashboard opens.
2. Click the Details tab.
3. (If applicable) Select a date range. The default is Last 12 months. Feedback details are shown in the data grid.
