Disable an expectations form template

  1. From the navigation bar, click Administration.From the Settings page under Appearance and Customization, click Form Templates. The Form Templates page opens.
  2. Click the Expectations tab.
  3. Filter by template language.
  4. Beside an expectations template, click vertical three-dot menu icon and then click Disable.
