Delete a talent profile form template

• You can only delete an unpublished form template.
• Deleting an unpublished template removes it from the database, and it cannot be recovered.

1. From the navigation bar, click Administration.From the Settings page under Succession Planning Settings & Customization, click Settings. The Succession Planning Forms page opens.
2. Beside the talent profile form template, click and then click Delete.
3. On the confirmation page, click Delete.
