ROSI Review Writer

ROSI Review Writer helps employees and managers create draft performance review content using available performance data in Perform. It provides a structured starting point that you can refine—saving time while supporting more consistent, meaningful reviews.

Review Writer does not submit reviews on your behalf. You remain fully in control of reviewing, editing, and finalizing all content.

Drafts are created using information you already have access to in Perform and respect role-based permissions.

Using ROSI Review Writer

ROSI Review Writer is accessed through the ROSI chat experience in Perform, using natural language.

1. Open ROSI by clicking the ROSI icon in the bottom-right corner of Perform.
2. In the chat, enter a request such as help me write a review for [employee name] or help me write my self-review.
3. ROSI uses performance data you already have access to—such as goals, feedback, check-ins, and prior reviews—to generate draft review content.
4. Prompt with details you'd like to highlight, or any other information you want to be sure to include.
5. Review the suggested draft and refine or personalize the language as needed.
6. Copy the content you want to use into your performance review.

ROSI supports drafting and refinement through conversation, but does not submit or save reviews on your behalf.

Access and enablement

ROSI Review Writer is controlled by your organization. If it is available in your environment, an administrator must enable it.

1. From the navigation bar, click Administration.
2. Under System Management, click Enable Apps.
3. Toggle ROSI Review Writer Enabled on or off.

Availability and results depend on your permissions and the review workflows enabled in your Perform environment.

Privacy, security, and data use

ROSI Review Writer follows the same privacy and security standards as ROSI across Perform:

• Drafts are generated using only data you are authorized to access.
• Highly sensitive personal information is excluded.
• Responses may reflect live system data.
• Interactions may be logged for auditing and troubleshooting.
