Decline to write a review as a key reviewer

1. From the navigation bar, click Dashboard. The dashboard opens.
2. In the To Do list, for a particular reviewee, click the Write Review For item. The Review Form page opens.
3. Click I Decline to Complete This Review.
4. On the confirmation pop-up, click Decline.
