Downloads
Downloads shows the review processes that were exported to PDF—one row for each time a review processes was exported. If multiple processes were selected at once, each process is listed separately.
Note: System administrators can see all exports. HR administrators can only their exports.
A progress bar indicates how far along an export process is. Statuses also indicate the stage of the export process.
| Status | Description |
|---|---|
| Reports Requested | Initial status when the export is added to the Downloads list |
| Generating Reports | System is processing the report |
| Preparing Your Download | All reports are processed and are being archived |
| Ready to Download | Reports are archived and ready to be downloaded |
| Failed | An error occurred during the archival stage or all reports failed to generate |
| Expired | A download was attempted and the archives are no longer available (after 30 days) |
