Customize labels for manager-only talent metrics

• Default labels are Potential, Risk of Loss, Impact of Loss, and Promotability.
• A Succession Planning administrator can customize the default labels.

1. From the navigation bar, click Administration.
2. From the Settings page under Succession Planning Settings & Customization, click Settings.
3. Click the Succession Planning tab.
4. Change the label text.
5. Click Save.
