Edit an expectations form template

• For an out-of-the-box form, you can make changes to a draft form. A published form cannot be edited.

1. From the navigation bar, click Administration.From the Settings page under Appearance and Customization, click Form Templates. The Form Templates page opens.
2. Click the Expectations tab.
3. Filter by template language.
4. If you are editing a:
   • Out-of-the-box form, beside Expectations Template, click and then click Edit.
   • User-defined form, beside that form template, click and then click Edit. eForm Builder opens.
5. Make changes.
6. Click Save. An edited out-of-the box form is saved as a draft. When you are ready for it to be used, click >Publish. An edited user-defined form is ready to be used when it is enabled.
