Edit an Engage feedback form template

• If an Engage form is in-use, you can only change text. You cannot change structure or add elements.
• If an Engage form is disabled (but at least one user selected it when it was enabled), you can only change text—not structure or add elements.
• If an Engage form has never been in-use, you can change anything (structure, text, elements).

1. From the navigation bar, click Administration.From the Settings page under Appearance and Customization, click Form Templates. The Form Templates page opens.
2. Click the Engage tab.
3. Filter by template language.
4. In the list beside a form template, click and then click Edit Form Template. The eForm Builder opens.
5. Make appropriate changes.
6. Click Save.
