Export a succession plan to Microsoft PowerPoint

• Exporting creates a Microsoft PowerPoint presentation.
• It only includes employees who are plotted—not employees on the talent bench.
• Export includes a title page, succession plan with plotted employees, and individual readiness level pages with plotted employees' talent cards.

1. From the navigation bar, click Administration.
2. From the Settings page under Succession Planning Dashboard & Tools, click Talent Pools.
3. In the grid beside a talent pool, click and then click Succession Plan.
4. Click and select Export to PPT.
5. On the pop-up, select to open file in Microsoft PowerPoint or save it to your computer.
