Rival Perform comes with pre-written default email and reminder templates. You can use as is or customize with your own content.
There are emails and reminders for feedback, goals, expectations, check-ins, reviews, and more. An administrator can enable or disable these email notifications.
Email options: Daily digest or immediate action
There are two options for emails.
- Daily Digest emails are sent all at once, nightly. Only users with active tasks created within the last 24 hours receive the daily digest email. (And it only includes those active tasks.) The daily digest is not continually sent for subsequent days even if tasks remain on a user's To Do list.
- Immediate action emails are sent as soon as the action occurs.
