Copy an Engage form template

1. From the navigation bar, click Administration.From the Settings page under Appearance and Customization, click Form Templates. The Form Templates page opens.
2. Click the Engage tab.
3. Filter by template language.
4. In the list beside a form template, click and then click Copy Form Template. A copy of the form template appears in the list. It has the same name as the original with a number appended to the end.
