Customize labels for succession plans

• Default labels are Future Talent, Ready in 2-3 Years, and Ready Now.
• A Succession Planning administrator can customize the default labels.

1. From the navigation bar, click Administration.
2. From the Settings page under Succession Planning Settings & Customization, click Settings.
3. Click the Succession Planning tab.
4. Change the label text.
5. Click Save.
