Succession planning form templates
Succession planning form templates are electronic forms (eForms). There are two form types.
| Form type | Description |

| Talent profile | Captures the career aspirations and development needs of employees. Employees access and complete this form via their user profile. The form is visible to employees, their managers, and administrators. |
| Talent profile (manager-only) | Provides an assessment of an employee's overall readiness for career advancement. Managers complete this form for their team members. It is available from a manager's team page. Employees cannot view this form. |
A default form is provided for each of the forms, but you can create your own versions. However, you cannot have multiple versions of each form active at the same time.
