Create an auto launch review process

• An auto launch review process launches on a date in the future and automatically adds reviewees based on filters.
• Use filters to add reviewees to an auto launch review. Do not select the check box beside individual reviewees. If you do, the review does not auto launch. Instead it launches immediately.

1. From the navigation bar, click Administration.From the Settings page under App Setup and Dashboards, click Reviews. The Review Processes page opens.
2. Click and click Create Review Process. The Review Process Setup wizard opens.
3. On the Setup page, name the review, select the process type, and determine whether to use specific dates or relative dates.
4. Set the Auto Launch option to Yes.
5. Select the Auto Start Date.

   Tip: This is the date when the system begins applying the auto launch filters.

6. Select the schedule.
7. Click Next and complete the Options, Dates, Permissions, and Templates pages.
8. On the Reviewees (Filters) page, select appropriate filters to pull reviewees into the review process.

   Tip: If no filters are set, the review goes to everyone.

9. Click Next.
10. On the Confirm page, resolve any items the wizard indicates needs attention. Click Resolve to go to a specific issue. You cannot make the review process active (launch) until all items are resolved.
11. Click Save and Exit. The Review Processes page opens, and the review process is shown in the list.
