Remove a data rule from an HR approver

1. From the navigation bar, click Administration.
2. From the Settings page under App Setup and Dashboards, click Reviews.
3. Click the HR Approvers tab.
4. Click beside an HR approver.
5. From the Select Data Rule window, click an empty row in the drop-down list.
6. Click Confirm. An unlocked icon appears beside the user's name.
