Sign in and navigate Perform

Each Rival Perform client has a unique URL to access their Perform instance. Administrators, managers, and employees all use the same URL to sign in.

Open your organization’s Perform URL.
Enter your user ID and password, then click Login.

Start from the Dashboard Summary

After signing in, you’ll land on the Dashboard Summary. This is the main hub in Perform, where you can quickly review key performance activity and access the most common workflows.

The Dashboard includes cards for core performance modules such as Feedback, Check-ins, Expectations, Reviews, and Goals. Clicking a card takes you directly to that module.

Use the left navigation menu to move between areas of Perform. For administrators, the menu includes:

Reporting & Analytics
Feedback
Check-ins
Expectations
Reviews
Goals
Engage
My Team
Administration
Help

Note: Depending on your role and permissions, you may see a different set of menu options.

Profile and language

To access your profile or set your preferred language, use the avatar menu in the top right of the page.

Log out

In the header, hover over your avatar.
Click Logout.
