Archive an Engage feedback form template

• Archiving hides an Engage feedback form so it is not visible in the active list.
• An Engage feedback form must be disabled before it can be archived.

1. From the navigation bar, click Administration.From the Settings page under Appearance and Customization, click Form Templates. The Form Templates page opens.
2. Click the Engage tab.
3. Filter by template language.
4. In the list beside a disabled form template, click and then click Archive.
