Exporting creates a comma separated values (csv) file. You can open it in Microsoft Excel.
The csv file contains system and override plotting. System plotting is where employees were originally plotted. Override plotting is where employees ended up. A blank system plotted date indicates an employee was not auto plotted and was on the talent bench.
The export only includes employees who are plotted—not employees on the talent bench.
Data includes employee ID, employee name, employee status, hire date, location, department, job, email, manager ID, manager name, talent pool name, 9-Box state, system plotted date, system box name, system box number, override plotted date, override box name, override box number, indicators, potential, risk of loss, impact of loss, promotability, is willing to relocate, and relocation preferences.
From the navigation bar, click Administration.
From the Settings page under Succession Planning Dashboard & Tools, click Talent Pools.
In the grid beside a talent pool, click and then click 9-Box.
Click and select Export to CSV.
On the pop-up, select to open file in Microsoft Excel or save it to your computer.
