Create a new talent profile form template

• Succession Planning comes with a default form. You can create a new version to meet your organization's needs.
• The new version is not available for use until it is published.
• Only one version of a talent profile form can be live at one time.

1. From the navigation bar, click Administration.From the Settings page under Succession Planning Settings & Customization, click Succession Plans. The Succession Planning Forms page opens.
2. Beside the talent profile template, click and then click Create New Version.
3. Make changes using the eForm Builder.
4. Click Save. The new version is saved as a draft.

   Tip: When you are ready for everyone to use it, click >Publish.
