Restrict manager feedback to direct reports and downline employees

• By default, managers can give feedback to and request feedback from anyone. However, you can choose to restrict manager feedback to direct reports and downline employees.

1. From the navigation bar, click Administration.
2. From the Settings page under App Setup and Dashboards, click Feedback.
3. Click the Settings tab.
4. Move the Manager limited to Team/Downline only option to Yes. Managers can only give and request feedback to direct reports and downline employees (via My Team page).
