Create a succession plan

• A talent pool is the basis for a succession plan.
• A talent pool must be created before you can create a succession plan for it.
• There can be one succession plan per talent pool.

1. From the navigation bar, click Administration.
2. From the Settings page under Succession Planning Dashboard & Tools, click Talent Pools.
3. In the grid beside a talent pool, click and then click Succession Plan.
4. From the talent bench, click and drag an employee icon to an appropriate box.
5. Repeat step 4 for each employee you want to add to the succession plan.
6. (If applicable) If you have an incumbent already identified, in the Incumbent box, click and select an incumbent.
7. Click Save.
