Rival Perform helps organizations manage employee performance through goals, feedback, check-ins, and reviews—providing a shared space for managers and employees to support growth, alignment, and meaningful conversations.

This Help Center is designed for administrators, managers, and employees using Perform. It provides guidance on common tasks, feature workflows, and system behavior.

After signing in, you’ll land on the Dashboard Summary, which serves as your main homepage in Perform. From there, you can review key performance activity and navigate to areas like My Team, Reviews, Goals, and Feedback using the left navigation.

If your organization has ROSI (Rival OS Intelligence) enabled, you can ask questions directly in Perform using natural language. ROSI can provide product guidance, assist with performance review writing, and—depending on your role—surface relevant system data or link you to related Help Center content.
