Restore an Engage feedback form template

• Restoring an Engage feedback form makes it visible in the active Engage feedback forms list again.

1. From the navigation bar, click Administration.From the Settings page under Appearance and Customization, click Form Templates. The Form Templates page opens.
2. Click the Engage tab.
3. Filter by template language.
4. Filter to show archived forms.
5. In the list beside an archived form template, click and then click Restore.
