Create a talent pool

• Succession Planning administrators and editors can create talent pools.
• Only active employee can be added to a talent pool. (If an active employee already exists in a talent pool and their status changes to inactive, they are not automatically removed from the talent pool.)
• A talent pool cannot have more than 200 employees.
• An employee can be in more than one talent pool.

1. From the navigation bar, click Administration.
2. From the Settings page under Succession Planning Dashboard & Tools, click Talent Pools.
3. Click .
4. Name the talent pool.

   Tip: The name can be anything. Most likely it will be job title or department.

5. (If applicable) Use search filters to limit the employees in the data grid.
6. Click the check box of employees to add them to the talent pool.
7. Click Save.
