Profile, language, and personal settings

Perform allows users to manage personal profile details and preferences, while administrators control which profile features and talent metrics are available.

Preferred language

Users can select a preferred language for their own experience. This setting applies only to the individual user and overrides the system default.

Language options and availability are managed by administrators.

Talent profile

A user’s talent profile may include details such as name, email, manager, job, organization, hire date, and employee ID. Depending on configuration, users may also be able to upload a profile image or supporting documents.

Profile fields, profile image support, and document uploads are controlled by administrators. For configuration details, see Profile Setup.

Viewing team member profiles

Managers can view talent profiles for members of their team from My Team. Available fields and visibility depend on administrator configuration and role-based permissions.

Talent metrics and ratings

If enabled, managers may be able to select ratings or metrics for team members and downline employees. Talent metrics are optional and not available in all Perform configurations.
