Expectations
Expectations are what you will be working on in the near future and how you will achieve it.
Process and flow
Employees generally initiate the expectation process. Employees set expectations and then managers are notified of those expectations. A manager can edit those expectations, if needed, to align to changing business needs.
Notifications are sent when expectations are set. New expectations can be set at any time. You can have one or more current expectations. Managers can even request their direct reports start the expectations process (set expectations).
