View Engage feedback details (including content, comments)

• Details include actual feedback contents (text) and comments.

1. From the navigation bar, click Administration.From the Settings page under App Setup and Dashboards, click Engage. The Engage dashboard opens.
2. (If applicable) Select a date range. The default is Last 12 months.
3. (If applicable) Use filters to filter data. Feedback details are shown in the data grid.
4. Click a form or comment link to view details.
